1004 Gourmet

Korean concept store · multiple branches

Challenge

A brand-new TikTok account with no audience, and shelves full of Korean products most shoppers walked past because nothing explained what they were or what to do with them.

What we did

  • Built short-form food content out of the store's own stock — recipes a customer could buy in full on the way out.
  • Published on a consistent rhythm across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube instead of in bursts.
  • Adapted trends to the products rather than chasing formats for their own sake.
  • Answered comment questions as public content — the 'where is the store' video came straight out of the replies.
  • Shot the food and product photography the email campaigns and website ran on.

Result

The TikTok went from zero to more than 20,000 followers, multiple videos passed 100K views, and one Reel cleared the shelf of a product nobody had been asking for.

The product nobody was asking about

A portable gas stove sat on the shelf with nothing to explain it — no signage, no demand, nobody asking for it. We built one Reel around what it actually is and what you would use it for. The comments came back as buying questions rather than compliments, and the stock was gone.

Lamise Beauty

Beauty brand · campaign video

Challenge

A beauty brand whose products had only ever been shown flat on a table — nothing that showed them on a real face, in real light, the way a customer would wear them.

What we did

  • Cast and directed models for a short campaign video, shot in a studio set up around the products.
  • Lit each shot for skin and product finish, so texture and colour read true on camera.
  • Edited the footage into a vertical cut made for Instagram and TikTok.

Result

A campaign video the brand could run on its own channels — the products on people, in light that shows what they actually look like.

Kafe Bloom

Café · part of a larger group

Challenge

A café inside a group whose account was run as an afterthought behind the main brand, with a feed that looked nothing like the room a customer actually walks into.

What we did

  • Shot the drinks, beans and menu in the café itself, in daylight, rather than sourcing stock.
  • Built the content around the drinks people actually order, so the feed matched the counter.
  • Ran the account day to day alongside the group's main brand.

Result

A café feed built entirely on its own room, cups and menu — the same thing a customer sees when they arrive.

Reif Kushiyaki

Japanese kushiyaki restaurant · two-brand group

Challenge

The group was launching a second brand, Kushi by Reif, with no content, no photography and nobody to run its account.

What we did

  • Handled the launch of Kushi by Reif: content planning, food photography, captions and publishing.
  • Shot the food in the restaurant's own kitchen, during service hours.

Result

Kushi by Reif launched with its own feed and publishing rhythm, on photography shot in its own kitchen.

Han Cuisine

Chinese restaurant + meal-delivery line · Business Bay

Challenge

A healthy meal-delivery line, HanFit, with a menu that changed every week — sold on photography that was always a week or two behind whatever was actually in the box.

What we did

  • Ran a fixed weekly shoot and delivery schedule matched to the menu cycle, so each week's plan was sold on that week's photography.
  • Shot the packaging, the plated dish and the box as a customer receives it — the three things a delivery listing has to answer.
  • Produced the restaurant's own social content and publishing alongside the delivery line.
  • Built the campaign creative for in-restaurant offers, including the weekday dim sum promotion.

Result

One visual library covering the restaurant, the delivery line and its promotions, refreshed on the same weekly clock as the menu itself.

How we work

Strategy → content → publishing → what the numbers say

The same loop every month. What the analytics say gets made again at higher volume; what they don't goes back into planning.

  1. 01

    Strategy

Who the account is for, what it has to do for the business, and which formats can actually do it.

  2. 02

    Content planning

A calendar built on the months your customers buy in, with each post's job decided before anyone picks up a camera.

  3. 03

    Production

Shoot days in your venue — food, product, people and video captured in one pass, then edited.

  4. 04

    Publishing

Scheduled and posted on a rhythm the account can hold, with the comments and DMs answered as they land.

  5. 05

    Analytics

Reach, saves, profile taps and messages read monthly — the numbers that lead somewhere, on one page.

  6. 06

    Optimization

What earned attention gets made again at higher volume; what didn't gets cut. Then back to planning.

About

Who NextDigital is

We're a small content and growth team in Dubai. Our work started on consumer accounts — restaurants, cafés, a Korean concept store and its sister brands — running them end to end: planning the calendar, shooting the content, publishing it and answering what came back.

We still work that way, with the marketing side built on top: paid social, WhatsApp funnels and the tracking that shows which post turned into a customer. Everything on this page was planned, shot, edited and published by us, on the client's own channels.
